These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pp vlp platform and all its services. By accessing the site, registering an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the site.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed from one account.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn while a bonus is still active, the associated bonus will be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus without meeting the conditions of the offer, the account will be reviewed.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pp vlp reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the bettor's stake will be refunded.

5.2 Match Results

For sports betting, the official results from the relevant sporting authority are used to determine outcomes. If an event is postponed or cancelled, action will be taken in accordance with the betting rules — typically the relevant bet or a portion of it will be voided.

5.3 Multiple Bets (Multi Bet)

All selections in a multi bet must win for a payout to be awarded. If even one selection loses, the entire bet is considered lost. Placing two opposing selections from the same event in a multi bet is not allowed.

5.4 Fraud and Irregularities

If any user attempts to gain bonuses or winnings through artificial means, operates multiple accounts, uses software bots, or engages in other irregularities, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

pp vlp runs a loyalty program with four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier, based on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Cashback is added to the account at a set time each week.

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's gaming activity and consistency. pp vlp may modify the VIP benefit terms at any time, and members will be informed of any changes.

7.1 Closure by pp vlp

pp vlp may suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If evidence of false information or identity fraud is found.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Clear evidence of bonus abuse.
• If allegations of fraudulent payment transactions arise.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to settlement of all pending bets and the minimum withdrawal conditions being met.
